Birthday dinner! First time out as a family of 3!

I posted the below message for my 40th birthday last year. This still rings true for birthday #41. Happy Birthday to me! 🎉💜🎉💜Today I celebrate me and just how resilient I’ve become! Hope you can all find something you can resonate with in this message.

A couple weeks ago, I asked you all in my stories, if a personalized option for the “Reframe Your Thoughts” cards would be a good addition to my Etsy shop. Your answer was a resounding “YES.” So, I’ve added the option to my shop to add 1-3 of your own personal reframes or you can reach out to me for a personalized full deck. The original deck is still available to purchase as well. Link to shop in my bio! I’ve also included in this post a picture (last image) of the cards that started this whole venture, which were made by my mom many years ago. Take a look at how they’ve evolved. So cool! 💜🥰

Life is too short. Don’t let today pass you by before telling those you care for, how much they mean to you. Not only tell them, but show them through your actions.

When I think of my 3 month old son Ryder, all that comes to mind is pure love and joy. He was brought into this world pure of heart! 💜💙
